Digital signage company Riyadh: Arabic-first screens for every branchAvailable in Saudi Arabia · delivered in Jordan

لافتات رقمية في الرياض والسعودية بإدارة سحابية

Nplay is a digital signage company Riyadh teams can brief from our Riyadh office. We work with Nplay Beam, a cloud dashboard that publishes video, menus, offers and music to screens in many branches, with Arabic layouts that read right to left. Beam is delivered in Jordan today, including a 32-branch national hypermarket chain. We bring that platform and method to Saudi Arabia and quote after a short brief.

What we do

Cloud signage that treats Arabic as the main language

Many signage tools were built for left-to-right text and treat Arabic as an add-on. Menus break, numbers jump and mixed Arabic and English lines come out in the wrong order. Nplay designs the Arabic screen first and adds English second.

As a digital signage company Riyadh retailers, restaurants and offices can brief in Arabic or English, we supply the players, specify the installation and give you a cloud dashboard to run everything. Nplay Beam is the cloud digital signage Saudi Arabia teams can run from head office: one place to upload content, group screens by branch and publish on a schedule.

Beam is a delivered product in Jordan. A national hypermarket chain uses it in 32 branches and a medical hub in Amman uses it on four displays. We have not claimed any Saudi deployment, and we say so plainly: what we offer in Saudi Arabia is the same platform, the same team and a Riyadh office to talk to. Read the hypermarket case to see how it works at scale.

Right-to-left layouts

What Arabic-first signage means in practice

Layout

Mirrored screens

Headlines, price lists and menu columns are laid out from right to left, so the eye starts where an Arabic reader expects.

Text

Mixed Arabic and English

Product names in Latin letters sit correctly inside Arabic sentences, and numbers and units stay readable.

Playlists

Bilingual rotation

One playlist can alternate Arabic and English slides, or each screen can follow a single language, set by branch or zone.

Content

Designed with your team

Our studio can design Arabic motion graphics and menus, or your team can upload its own files and we check how they appear on the screens.

Who uses it

Venues that suit digital signage in Riyadh

Signage pays back where the message changes often or the audience is in front of a screen anyway.

Offices and corporate lobbies

Visitor welcome, internal announcements, event programmes and brand content on reception and corridor screens.

Multi-branch organisations

Banks, pharmacies, training centres and service chains that need the same message in many places on the same day.

Venues and events

Programmes, wayfinding content and sponsor loops in halls and exhibitions, switched on for the event and off afterwards.

Multi-branch

Running many branches from one login

If you operate in more than one place, the dashboard matters more than the screen. Beam lets head office create users and permission levels, put screens into groups by branch, city or department, and push either a shared campaign or a local one. A manager can be allowed to change the daily special but not the brand film. You can also push an unscheduled message instantly and watch what each screen is showing.

Our base is Riyadh. For other Saudi cities, including Jeddah and Dammam, we serve from Riyadh: content, configuration and training happen remotely, and on-site installation and commissioning are arranged with the client or a local integrator. We do not have offices outside Riyadh and Amman.

The same principle applies to the screens themselves: we advise on the player for each location, and the display hardware can come from your supplier or from the project, as agreed in the quote. Our guide to digital signage in the Gulf in Arabic and English goes deeper, and how to choose digital signage software compares what to ask suppliers.

How a project runs

From brief to handover, mostly remote

  1. Brief

Share your locations, screen count, content types and languages, and who will manage the dashboard. A WhatsApp message or a short call starts it.

  2. Concept and sample

We propose the screen layout and player setup, and prepare a sample Arabic playlist so you can judge the look before committing. Then we quote.

  3. Build and install

We configure your dashboard, users and groups remotely, prepare the players, and agree who installs them on site: your team, a local integrator or ours.

  4. Handover

We train your team on the dashboard and agree support after launch. New branches are added by creating a group and connecting a player.

On site

Power, internet and light in Saudi venues

A few practical points decide whether a Riyadh screen looks good on opening day.

  • Power and network. Each player needs a power point and a stable wired or Wi-Fi connection. Players keep playing the last synced content offline, but new content needs a connection.
  • Bright light. Shopfront windows and bright malls need brighter displays than an indoor office. We advise on this, and you choose the screens.
  • Distance and size. Text must be readable from where people stand, which affects both the screen size and the Arabic font size.
  • Sound. If you play music, tell us about the existing sound system so we can link it to the player.

We are honest about fit: one screen with a few static slides does not need cloud software. Several screens or branches, or content that changes weekly, usually does. See also the commercial case for retail chains. In Jordan instead? See our digital signage company Amman page.

What we need from you

What to prepare before the first call

  • A list of locations, with the number, size and mounting of the screens in each
  • Whether the screens are new or existing, and whether you want to reuse smart TVs
  • Your logo, brand colours, product photos, menus and any videos
  • The languages on screen and which one leads
  • Who at head office and in each branch may upload or publish
  • Power and internet access at each site
  • Who will install on site: your team, a local integrator or someone we arrange together

FAQ

Digital signage company Riyadh: frequently asked questions

What affects the price of digital signage in Riyadh?

The number of screens and sites, the players and video walls required, installation and audio work, content design, and support. We do not publish prices. Nplay quotes after a short brief.

Does the system really support Arabic right-to-left?

Yes. We design Arabic layouts that read right to left, handle mixed Arabic and English text and let one playlist alternate both languages. We check each design on the actual screens before handover.

Do you install screens in Riyadh and other Saudi cities?

We serve Saudi Arabia from Riyadh. Remote configuration, content and training are ours. On-site installation and commissioning are arranged with you or a local integrator, and we agree the split in the quote.

Can we manage content ourselves?

Yes. Your team uploads and schedules content in the browser or on a phone, with permissions per user. We can also design content for you, then hand over.

How is the system supported after launch?

We train your team, and support and maintenance are agreed in the quote. Because the dashboard is cloud-based, many issues can be checked remotely.
