Retail digital signage, hologram displays and shelf labelsDeployed across 32 branches in Jordan
Thirty-two branches, one dashboard. That is how a global hypermarket chain runs its screens and in-store radio in Jordan today on Nplay Beam. Around that core we add Halo Box hologram stores in malls and metro stations, and Nplay Slate e-paper price tags for shelves that change price without a printer.
Every branch a little different, every offer a little late
A retail chain has two audiences on the same screens: customers who need to see this week's offer, and staff who need the new procedure before the shift starts. Add a sound system that plays whatever the branch manager likes, and forty printed shelf labels that go out of date the moment head office changes a price.
Retail digital signage in Jordan and Saudi Arabia works when one team can publish to every branch, schedule by store and daypart, and know each player is online. That is the core of what we deploy. Holograms and e-paper are the layers on top.
Five layers for a retail chain
Multi-branch signage with audio
Nplay Beam players on every screen, grouped by branch and zone. Our technicians connect switches and amplifiers so the store sound system is controlled from the same dashboard — music radio, announcements, offer jingles.
Nplay Beam →Multi-branch signage with audioPromotions and campaigns
Weekly offers, price drops and seasonal campaigns published instantly to all branches or to a selected region, with automated schedules and offline playback.
Staff training channels
A back-of-house playlist for training videos and internal announcements, separate from the customer-facing screens but managed by the same team.
Hologram retail display
A Halo Box store on the shop floor: the product sits inside the transparent cabinet with animated 3D information in front, and a brand avatar answers questions and helps with the purchase.
Halo Box →Hologram retail displayVirtual stores in malls and metro
Halo Box units placed in malls, metro stations and airports work as a virtual showroom: browse 3D products, ask the avatar, order from the screen — a store without the lease.

Reusable e-paper labels updated wirelessly for dynamic pricing, with a cloud dashboard for groups, analytics and user management. Nplay Slate is in development.

Retail digital signage: frequently asked questions
Is retail digital signage in Jordan from Nplay proven at scale?
Yes. A global hypermarket chain runs 32 branches across Jordan on Nplay Beam with 32 players and 10 GB of media storage, using the screens for customer promotions and staff training and the connected sound system for music radio. See the case study for details.
Can the same dashboard control the store's speakers?
Yes. Our technicians connect the store's switches and amplifiers to the Nplay Beam players, so audio playlists, announcements and volume are managed from the dashboard alongside the screens.
What is a hologram retail display?
A Halo Box: an 86-inch transparent-LCD cabinet in which a physical product can sit while 3D animation and information float in front of it. Shoppers touch the screen or talk to a brand avatar. The 21.5-inch Mini fits counters.
Are electronic shelf labels available now?
Nplay Slate is in development. The concept is a reusable e-paper tag rewritten wirelessly and managed from a cloud dashboard, so a chain can change prices centrally without printing. We can include Slate in a rollout plan as a later phase.
How long does a multi-branch rollout take?
Proposals for chains quote two to four weeks from payment confirmation for players and subscriptions, with installation scheduled branch by branch. Hologram units and custom 3D content are planned alongside.
