What to prepare before the display arrives
- The date, the venue and the exact spot where the display will stand, with a photo or floor plan
- Power: the Halo Box 86 runs on AC 110–240 V and draws about 650 W depending on the processor, so a socket must be within reach
- Internet: Wi-Fi or a LAN cable for the cloud platform and the AI avatar; scheduled content can also play offline
- Access: the outer frame is 2071 × 600 × 1242 mm and the unit weighs 119 kg (aluminium) or 240 kg (steel), so check doors, lifts and the loading route
- Light: keep the display away from direct sun and strong spotlights
- Content: logos, product images or 3D files, your message and, for the AI avatar, the questions visitors ask

Build and install
Our studio produces the content. We deliver the unit, connect power and internet and test it on site before doors open. Projection installs add a survey.
Handover and support
Your team learns to start, stop and change content. For rentals we agree who to call on show day and arrange collection; for purchases we hand over the unit and any support plan.
What a hologram will not do
A Halo Box is a piece of furniture with a screen, not a stage. It is life-size for one person, not for a building, and at 119 kg or more it needs a route in. Content on a black background works well. A projection hologram needs controlled light and a survey. An AI avatar answers from the material you give it and passes unusual questions to a person, so it supports a busy stand but does not replace staff.

What support do we get during the rental?
We agree support in the quote, including who you call on show day. Content can be changed remotely through the cloud platform, and an optional support plan is available for longer use.
