Digital signage company Amman: screens you can update from one dashboardDelivered in Jordan

لافتات رقمية في عمان والأردن بإدارة سحابية

Nplay is a digital signage company Amman businesses can brief directly. We supply the players, install them and give you a cloud dashboard, Nplay Beam, to schedule content in Arabic and English. The same platform already runs 32 branches of a national hypermarket chain in Jordan and four displays in a medical hub in Amman. Tell us how many screens you have and where they are, and we quote after a short brief.

What we do

One dashboard for every screen you own

Digital signage is three things working together: a screen, a small player that feeds it, and software that decides what appears and when. Most signage fails because of the third part. The promotion keeps running after it ended, the menu shows old items, and nobody has time to walk to each branch with a USB stick.

As a digital signage company Amman customers can visit or call, Nplay covers the whole chain: advice on players, installation by our technicians, the cloud dashboard and help with content. If you are comparing digital signage Jordan suppliers, the question to ask is who will keep the screens current after the installers leave. Our answer is a dashboard your own team can use.

Nplay Beam is the digital signage software Jordan teams use to upload video, images, menus, music and live feeds once, group screens by branch or floor, and publish on a schedule. If the internet drops, the player keeps showing the last content it received and catches up when the connection returns.

You can WhatsApp or call us on +962 78 185 5552 (Amman) to talk through a first screen or a full roll-out.

Who uses it

Where digital signage earns its place

We work with venues that have several screens, several branches, or a message that changes often.

Restaurants and video walls

Show menus on portrait or landscape screens, give each screen its own playlist or join them into one video wall, and switch every screen to a special offer at once.

Offices and reception areas

Welcome screens, internal notices, event schedules and brand films on lobby displays, controlled from the marketing team's browser.

Showrooms and venues

Product loops, price changes and event programmes in showrooms, halls and exhibition stands, with a separate playlist for each zone.

Players

Which player for which screen

We specify the player after we know the screen, the layout and the content. These are the options.

PlayerWhat it doesTypical use

Cafés and restaurants

Cafe digital signage Amman owners ask about most

For a cafe digital signage Amman project, the screens usually do two jobs: set the mood and sell. Beam mixes both in one playlist. Music plays continuously, and when a video starts the music layer pauses and resumes afterwards. You can add a corner promotion, a scrolling text bar or a logo on top of any video, split the screen into zones, and schedule a morning list, an evening list and a happy-hour offer once.

Beam can also show satellite channels or an external HDMI input, for match nights, with your promotions laid over the feed. The optional prayer-time mode pauses music and video at the call to prayer, which many venues in Amman prefer.

Restaurants with several screens can run a 2×2 grid or a row of portrait screens from one player: a different menu on each screen, or one picture across all. For ideas, read our guide to cloud digital signage for cafés and restaurants.

Delivered in Jordan

Signage we have already delivered, from 4 screens to 32 branches

A national hypermarket chain in Jordan uses Nplay Beam in 32 branches. Each branch has a player connected to its screens. The chain shows products and offers to shoppers, shares internal announcements and training with staff, and plays music radio through the store sound system, which our technicians connected to the players so audio is controlled from the same dashboard. Read the hypermarket case study.

A medical hub in Amman has four displays in its clinic. It offers many services and partner providers, which made it hard to keep patients up to date, so the team now uploads informative and commercial content itself. Read the medical hub case study.

The two projects are very different in size, and a single café uses the same product. For help choosing software, see how to choose digital signage software in Jordan and Saudi Arabia, and for the commercial case see digital signage for retail chains.

How a project runs

From brief to handover

  1. Brief

You tell us where the screens are, how many, what content you want to show, in which languages, and who will update it. A short call or a WhatsApp message is enough to start.

  2. Concept and sample

We propose the player type, the screen layout and a sample playlist, so you can see your own content on a screen before you commit. We then send a quote.

  3. Build and install

Our technicians install the players, connect screens and audio, set up your dashboard, users and groups, and load the first content.

  4. Handover

We train your team to upload, schedule and monitor content, then agree how support and maintenance will work after launch.

What we need from you

What to prepare before the first call

  • The number of screens, their size and their position (wall, ceiling, stand, portrait or landscape)
  • A power point and a wired or Wi-Fi internet connection near each screen
  • The content you already have: logos, product photos, menus, promotional videos
  • The languages you want on screen, and whether Arabic and English should alternate
  • Who in your team will own content, and who may publish without approval
  • Opening hours, so the screens can switch on and off on a schedule
  • Any existing sound system you want to link to the screens
Honest limits

What digital signage depends on

Signage is not magic, and a good project starts with realistic expectations.

  • Connectivity. Players keep playing offline, but new content only arrives when the player can reach the cloud, so each location needs a stable connection.
  • Content. A screen shows only what you feed it. Fresh content needs an owner in your team, or a content service agreed with us.
  • Screens and light. Windows and bright showrooms need brighter or purpose-built displays. We advise, and you decide on the screens.
  • Scale. A single screen that shows the same slides every day may not need a cloud system. We will say so.

If you also want a hologram display in the same venue, our Nplay Halo Box uses the same dashboard. Working from Riyadh instead? See our digital signage company Riyadh page.

FAQ

Digital signage company Amman: frequently asked questions

What drives the cost of a digital signage project?

The number of screens and locations, the type of player each screen needs, whether you need a video wall, installation and audio work on site, content production, and the support arrangement. We do not publish prices. Nplay quotes after a short brief about your screens and content.

Can the screens show Arabic and English content?

Yes. Beam plays Arabic and English content in the same playlist, and we can design Arabic layouts that read right to left. Your team can upload new content in either language.

Do you install the screens in Amman?

Yes. Our technicians install and configure the players in Amman and elsewhere in Jordan, connect audio where needed and set up your dashboard. Tell us the location in your brief.

Who creates the content?

You can upload your own videos, images and menus, or ask our studio to design them. Many teams start with our content and then take over updates themselves.

What happens after installation, and who maintains it?

We train your team to run the dashboard. Support and maintenance are agreed in the quote, so you know whom to call if a player or a screen has a problem.
