Virtual tour for real estate and hotels in Jordan and Saudi ArabiaAvailable in Jordan & Saudi Arabia

جولة افتراضية للعقارات والفنادق في الأردن والسعودية

Nplay produces virtual tours for real estate and hotels that buyers and guests can walk through remotely. A buyer in Riyadh, a guest in Dubai and a broker in Amman all want the same thing: to see the space before they commit. Nplay builds 360° and 3D tours for developers, brokers, hotels, resorts and serviced apartments, so a unit or a room can be shown anywhere, at any hour. It is part of our virtual tour service.

The challenge

Nobody buys a flat or books a suite from a flat photograph

Property and hospitality share one problem. The decision is large, the space is far away and photographs flatter everything equally. Buyers want to feel the size of the living room. Guests want to know which floor, which view and how far the pool is from the lift.

A virtual tour for real estate Jordan developers publish answers those questions without a site visit. A virtual tour for hotels Jordan guests can open lets them compare room types before booking. The same idea applies across the border: a virtual tour for real estate Saudi Arabia buyers can open lets an investor in another city walk a show flat, and a virtual tour for hotels Saudi Arabia travellers can open lets a pilgrim or business traveller choose a room with confidence.

We build them in our 3D content studio in Amman and capture on site in both countries.

Real estate

What we build for developers and brokers

360° tours of finished units

Show flats, villas, offices and retail units photographed room by room, linked with a floor plan and hotspots for finishes, area and price. Suitable for a broker's listing page or a developer's sales centre.

3D real estate visualization Amman

For off-plan projects we model the building from architects' drawings and render interiors and exteriors in real time. Buyers walk through apartments that are not built yet, with finishes and furniture options.

Guided live tours

A sales adviser takes an overseas buyer or an investor group through the project on a video call, changes the view on request and records the session for later.

VR in the sales gallery

A headset version in the sales gallery or on an exhibition stand gives a real sense of ceiling height and room size, with the web version for everyone who cannot visit.

Virtual showroom

A virtual showroom Saudi Arabia suppliers can open, or one for Jordan, for furniture, tiles and fittings, so developers and designers can browse materials in a realistic room.

Hospitality

What we build for hotels, resorts and serviced apartments

A virtual tour for hotels Jordan guests use usually covers every room type and the public areas.

Room-by-room tours

Each room type, suite and apartment shown with a 360° view from the door, the bed and the balcony, plus a link to book or request availability.

Public areas and facilities

Lobby, restaurant, pool, spa, gym, meeting rooms and ballroom, so event planners and families can see what they are booking.

Weddings and events

Layouts of halls and gardens in different set-ups, so a planner can choose a configuration and send a shortlist to the client.

Serviced apartments

Long-stay guests compare floor plans, kitchens and workspace areas before they arrive, cutting down the back-and-forth of emailed photographs.

Platform roadmap

From a tour to a full real-estate platform

For developers who want more than a tour, we are developing Nplay Vista, an immersive real-estate platform that combines a 3D web portal, a design tool with materials and furniture, a simulation tool and real-time collaboration between buyer, designer and developer. It runs on Nplay Core. Vista is a concept in development; it is not sold as a finished product today.

Until then, a tour built today is not wasted. The 3D assets we make for a tour can be reused for the platform, for a digital twin of the finished building and for a hologram or kiosk display in your sales gallery. If you are comparing a real estate walkthrough platform Saudi Arabia offers, ask us what is live now and what is on the roadmap.

How we deliver

From site visit to a tour on your listing page

  1. Scope the units and rooms

We list the unit types, room categories and public areas to cover, and decide which need 360° photography and which need 3D models.

  2. Capture or model

Photography crews visit the property in Jordan or Saudi Arabia. For off-plan projects we build the 3D model from architects' drawings.

  3. Build the tour

We stitch and clean the views, add floor plans, finishes and pricing hotspots in Arabic and English, and connect the enquiry or booking button.

  4. Review with your team

Sales and marketing walk through a private link. We revise before anything is public.

  5. Publish and update

The tour is embedded on your listing, project or hotel page. When a unit sells or a room is refurbished, we update the tour.

FAQ

Virtual tours for real estate: frequently asked questions

Can you build a virtual tour for real estate Jordan buyers can use before the building is finished?

Yes. Our 3D real estate visualization Amman studio builds a 3D model from the architects' drawings and render it in real time, so buyers can walk through apartments that do not exist yet and see finishes and furniture options. We describe what is shown as a visualisation, not a photograph.

Do you cover hotels and resorts in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We capture on site in Saudi Arabia and use our Amman studio for modelling and editing. A virtual tour for hotels Saudi Arabia guests use is usually a 360° tour of each room type and the public areas, with a link to your booking page.

Is the tour available in Arabic?

Yes. Every tour can carry Arabic and English interfaces and hotspot text, with right-to-left layout for the Arabic version. More languages are possible on request.

Do buyers need a headset?

No. The tour runs in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. A headset version is optional and suits a sales gallery or an exhibition.

What is Nplay Vista and can I buy it now?

Nplay Vista is our concept for a real estate walkthrough platform Saudi Arabia and Jordan developers could use, with 3D property exploration, a design tool and real-time collaboration. It is in development. What you can buy today is the 360° and 3D tour service described on this page.
