جولات افتراضية ثلاثية الأبعاد و360 درجة في الأردن والسعودية

Nplay builds virtual tours that let people walk through a property, a hotel, a museum or a campus from a phone, a browser or a headset. We work from Amman and Riyadh and produce the 3D content in our own 3D content studio. Choose a 360° photo tour, a 3D model walkthrough, a guided live tour or a VR headset experience, in Arabic and English.

What it is

A virtual tour lets a visitor walk the space before they arrive

A virtual tour is an online experience of a real or planned place. The visitor moves from room to room on their own screen, looks in any direction and taps hotspots for prices, floor plans, stories or a booking form. No travel, no appointment, no opening hours.

As a virtual tour company Jordan clients can brief from Amman, with a working team for Saudi Arabia, we build tours for buyers who cannot fly in, for guests choosing a hotel room, for students comparing campuses and for museum visitors who will never see the gallery in person, and for shoppers who open a virtual showroom Jordan retailers keep online day and night. The same tour can sit on your website, open on a tablet at your sales desk or run in a headset at an exhibition.

The market is moving in this direction. The virtual tours market is projected to grow from about USD 0.96 billion (2023) to about USD 8.4 billion by 2030, a 27.9% CAGR, per Allied Market Research as cited in Nplay's market brief. Whether a business needs a virtual tour Jordan audiences can open on a phone or a virtual tour Saudi Arabia audiences can join live, the tour is becoming a normal part of how people shortlist a place.

We build tours in our 3D content studio in Amman. For property, we are developing Nplay Vista, a concept real-estate platform, on Nplay Core, the engine under our immersive products. Both are in development; the tours described here are available today.

As a VR company Jordan clients already use for training and showcases, and an immersive technology company Riyadh organisations can brief in Arabic or English, Nplay treats a virtual tour as the simplest first project: visible results, a modest scope and content you can reuse elsewhere.

Formats

Four ways to build a virtual tour

The right format depends on the space, the audience and whether the place already exists. Most projects combine two of these.

Fastest to launch

360° photo tour

We photograph each room from fixed points and link the views into a tour with hotspots and a floor plan. It shows a real space exactly as it is. This is the usual choice for a 360 virtual tour Amman or 360 virtual tour Riyadh project for a hotel, showroom, office or villa.

For places not yet built

3D model walkthrough

We model the space in 3D and render it in real time, so visitors move freely, change finishes and see unbuilt or renovated areas. Developers use it for off-plan sales: a 3D virtual tour Amman buyers can walk through, with furniture and material options.

Human-led

Guided live tour

A host walks a group or one client through the space in real time, answers questions and steers the route. It suits investor visits, international buyers, school groups and press previews, and it can be recorded for later.

Most immersive

VR headset experience

The same tour in a headset gives a true sense of scale and height. We use it on exhibition stands, in sales galleries and at campus open days, with the web version available for everyone else.

Industries

Who uses virtual tours

We focus on places where the visitor has to make a decision before they walk in.

Retail and showrooms

A virtual showroom Jordan customers can open at any hour lets them browse a store, a display or a product range and ask for a call-back from inside the tour.

Venues and events

Halls, exhibition spaces and event venues let organisers preview layouts, stages and stands before they sign.

How we build it

From brief to a live tour in six steps

  1. Brief and scope

We agree the audience, the rooms or areas to include, the languages, where the tour will live and what action the visitor should take at the end.

  2. Capture or model

For an existing space we photograph it on site. For a planned space we build the 3D model from your drawings in the 3D content studio. The two can be combined.

  3. Stitch, light and clean

Views are stitched, colour-matched and cleaned up. In 3D scenes we set lighting, materials and furniture so the space is shown the way you want it seen.

  4. Add the information layer

Hotspots, floor plans, audio guides, prices, brochures, videos and enquiry buttons are added in Arabic and English and tuned for phone screens.

  5. Review and revise

You walk through a private preview link. We apply your corrections before anything goes public.

  6. Publish and support

We host the tour or hand it over for your own servers, embed it on your website and update it when rooms, prices or layouts change.

Embedding a virtual tour and making it findable

A tour that nobody finds does not earn its cost, whether it is a virtual tour Saudi Arabia visitors search for or one for Jordan. Choosing a virtual tour company Jordan businesses can rely on includes asking how the tour will be published, so we plan that from the first call.

How the embed works

We give you a short snippet of iframe code. Paste it into any page of your website, in a page builder or in a listing template, and the tour appears inside the page. A direct link to the same tour works in emails and messaging apps. If you prefer, we host it on your own domain.

What helps search

  • Give each tour its own page with a clear title, such as the project name plus a phrase like 3D virtual tour Amman, and write a short description in Arabic and English.
  • Add a caption, alt text and a text summary of the rooms, prices and facilities, so search engines can read what the viewer sees.
  • Keep the tour page fast: we compress images and load scenes as the visitor moves, so the page stays light on mobile.
  • Link to the tour from your property, room or exhibition pages, and from your business listing and social profiles.
  • Add an enquiry button inside the tour, so a visit becomes a lead you can track.

Our web development team can build the landing page around the tour if you do not have one. For a view of the wider picture, see how digital twins extend a tour into a live model of a building.

FAQ

Virtual tour company in Jordan: frequently asked questions

How much does a virtual tour cost?

We do not publish fixed prices because the cost depends on the size of the space, the format, the number of rooms and the languages. As a rule a 360° photo tour costs less than a full 3D model walkthrough. Send us the location and a short brief and we will quote after a scoping call.

How long does a virtual tour take to make?

As a typical range, a 360° photo tour of a single property takes days on site and a few more days of editing. A 3D model walkthrough takes several weeks, depending on detail. We confirm the schedule once we have seen the space or the drawings.

Do you build a 360 virtual tour Amman only, or a 360 virtual tour Riyadh too?

Both. We capture on site in Jordan and Saudi Arabia, and 3D tours made from drawings can be produced in our Amman studio and reviewed remotely with your team in Riyadh.

Do visitors need a headset or an app?

No. A virtual tour Jordan clients publish runs in a normal web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. A headset version is available for exhibitions and sales galleries, but it is optional.

Can the tour grow into something bigger later?

Yes. A tour can become a digital twin of a building, a product configurator or part of a hologram display. Nplay Vista and Nplay Core are in development, so we treat them as a roadmap rather than something to buy today.
