Nplay FrontRow — 3D seat selection event bookingConcept · in development

منصة حجز الفعاليات والمقاعد ثلاثية الأبعاد

Nplay FrontRow lets attendees walk through a venue in full 3D, stand at any seat, check the sightline and book it — all in one platform. Organisers upload a blueprint or 3D model, define seating, booths and networking zones, and go live. It is a concept in development, aimed at stadiums, arenas, theatres, cinemas, hotels and convention centres across Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

The problem

Event booking should not be a guessing game

A 2D seat map tells you a row and a number. It does not tell you whether a pillar blocks the stage, how far the pitch really is, or what the balcony feels like. Buyers hesitate, pick the cheapest safe option, or abandon the checkout. Organisers field complaints they could have avoided.

Nplay FrontRow is an event booking platform with a 3D venue at its centre. Attendees explore the hall as if they were there, choose a seat with real-time visualisation of the view, and complete a secure booking in the same place. The uncertainty disappears before the event starts — a front-row virtual experience, then the real one.

FrontRow is in development. The 3D venue engine, payment and registration systems already exist inside Nplay's other platforms; FrontRow brings them together for ticketed events.

Two flows

Built for attendees and for the people who run the event

Attendee

Explore · Select · Book

Walk through the venue in full 3D. Choose a seat with real-time visualisation — see the stage or pitch from exactly that position. Pay and receive instant confirmation, with an e-badge for entry, in one flow.

Organiser

Upload · Customise · Go live

Upload your venue from existing blueprints or a 3D model. Define seating blocks, pricing tiers, exhibition booths and networking zones on an interactive floor plan. Publish, and attendees explore and book directly in the 3D environment while your dashboard reports behaviour and sales.

Use cases

Venues that benefit from an event booking platform with a 3D venue

  • Sports stadiums and arenas — fans check the view from the seat before they buy; clubs open a new premium-seat channel (see the sports fan experience)
  • Theatres and concert halls — sightline-accurate seat selection reduces refunds and complaints
  • Cinemas — choose the seat from inside the screening room
  • Hotels and convention centres — sell banquet tables, exhibition booths and meeting-room capacity from one 3D floor plan
  • Universities and educational institutions — graduation ceremonies, conferences and open days
  • Corporate events and galas — assign tables, VIP zones and networking areas visually
  • Restaurants — reservation of specific tables with the actual view
Ecosystem

Where it fits with other Nplay products

FrontRow is the booking layer for physical venues. When an event also has a remote audience, Nplay Nexus hosts the virtual exhibition and Nplay Live streams the show to ticket holders with its own wallet and pay-per-view. Attendee badges can be issued as reusable e-paper Nplay Slate badges, and the same 3D venue model can become a digital twin for facilities management. The 3D engine underneath is Nplay Core.

FAQ

3D seat selection event booking: frequently asked questions

Is Nplay FrontRow available now?

It is a concept in development. The 3D venue engine, payment gateway and registration systems exist in Nplay's other platforms, and we are taking early demo requests from venues and organisers in Jordan and Saudi Arabia.

What do you need from us to build the 3D venue?

Existing architectural blueprints or CAD files are enough to start; if you already have a 3D model we use it. Nplay's 3D studio can also scan and model the venue.

Does it replace our ticketing system?

It can run as the complete booking and payment flow, or sit in front of an existing ticketing system as the 3D selection layer. The admin dashboard and CMS handle events, pricing and users either way.

What are the 25%, 30% and 40% figures?

They are results from early pilots measured by Nplay: faster checkouts with 3D seat selection, higher engagement with virtual venue tours and higher satisfaction with customised layouts. They are pilot indicators, not guarantees for every venue.

Which cooperation model should we choose?

If you want a new income line without capital outlay, the revenue-share model gives you a customised system at no upfront cost and splits event profits equally. If you want to own the system and set your own prices, the licence model has a one-time development fee and an annual subscription for support and updates.
